He learned trucking on the dispatch floor — not in a textbook.
In 2017 Eugene started in dispatch — booking loads, chasing check calls, and covering the after-hours phone when a driver broke down at 2 a.m. He led the dispatch team, then the after-hours team, moved up to Operations Manager, and then Director of Compliance — the person accountable for keeping the whole operation audit-ready.
DQ files, ELD/HOS, DVIRs, maintenance records, CSA scores, and the processes that hold it all together — he owns them, and he owns the IT and process-compliance systems behind them.
Then he did the thing most carriers think is impossible: he took a working fleet all the way to ISO 9001:2015 certification — making it the first and only ISO 9001-certified freight carrier in the state of Nevada.

Before trucking, Eugene spent 15+ years building Quality Management Systems in some of the most regulated industries on earth — running QMS and end-to-end process audits for a leading European telecommunications group (with projects for major operators in Switzerland, Belgium and France) and leading customer operations & quality for a European consumer-finance bank.
